The final outcome of my Fashion Video

I could have improved on this by speeding things up and having a few more clearer shots
Overall I am happy with the outcome and would proudly present this piece as my final along with my shoots.

Further iMovie editing

After adding in all the scenes that I wanted in my short fashion video, I had looked into how to add in more effects such as filters and mirroring. I had looked at a quick youtube tutorial that allowed me to create the visual below, which is a mirrored look that shows the details of the actual garment itself.

A filter that is called 'Negative' I had used this to match the 'glitchy' effect that I was aiming for that was visible in my mood boards, design ideas and concepts of the video.

'Raster' font which made the footage seem like it was taken on a CCTV like camera.

iMovie (the making of)

Since recording the footage I need to create my fashion video, I have started to edit the footage and add effects, sounds, visuals to enhance the visual pleasure of my fashion video.

The song that I am using, it has a street vibe to it along with some sort of oriental tuning, with the use of drums and works very well with the footage I believe

What I could do to improve this is to use better lighting and create less shadows to have a better and more professional look.

Storehouse

I've been keeping a virtual PowerPoint including my research, initial product pictures, inspiration and look book pictures on an called storehouse. 

Using this app definately helps my research as I find it easier to do everything virtually rather than carrying heaps of books and potentially losing books!

I'm not sure as to which pictures I'd want to use as my final piece and how I'd edit them but I would want to create something that is glitchy and modern which mixes in with technology and the colour red

Cover Photos

I have designed 2 cover photos with information about the garments that have been created for this project.

The first is the black neoprene t-shirt matched with black jeans, black watch and Timberland 6" boots. I had chosen to just highlight one body and make the rest black and white so it would be eye-catching, along with information about the t-shirt itself.

Using a mirror effect on Photoshop, I created a double image of the model walking towards the side portraying a 'walking effect' as if it is a screenshot from a video shoot.

BTS Photoshoot

Below are pictures of myself taking pictures of the model for the photoshoot only, a video shoot will be taken on a different day due to time limits. It would have been more ideal to shoot everything at once though.

Sketchbook

I did an online sketchbook with the app called 'Storehouse' it allowed me to create a timeline of events along the way of the FMP.

Primary Research

Small inspiration gathered from LMDN's Instagram page for a better understanding of the style they have and how to create a similar on trend style. 

Lam London (LMDN)

For my final major project I have decided to promote the brand LMDN (http://www.lmdn.co.uk/). It is a fairly new South London based brand and compliments monotone branding at its finest.

I'd like to change this by adding small hints of colour with a small collection made for this brand.
The main colour I'd like to use is red. I say this because the colour red works well with monotone outfits and would benefit the brand with a wider colour pallete.
